Sacario is a Billboard charted award-winning rapper from Manhattan, New York. He is best known from his classic songs ‘If I Could Go’ and ‘Live Big’ (car keys) which debuted during his tenure at Elektra Records. Collectively Sacario has contributed to the sales of over 7 million albums sold worldwide including but not limited to Kids Bop, Totally Hits, NBA Live Soundtrack, The Transporter Soundtrack, Animal House & Man vs Machine.
He has performed on major televised music shows such as 106 & Park, Rap City, Showtime at the Apollo, Soul Train, Carson Daly show and Good Morning New York. He has performed at the Raptor Dome in Toronto on the same bill as Beyonce and Nelly to a crowd of 5,000. He performed at Tropicana Field alongside Diddy to over 20,000 people. Collectively Sacario has performed in every major city in America.
He is of Panamanian American and Native American Indian decent. Due to his strong ties to the predominantly Dominican community of Washington Heights, Sacario is thought to be Dominican. “That’s the only rumor I don’t mind hearing” says Sacario in a recent interview. Sacario is also featured in ‘The Nutcracker’ Documentary about the Washington Heights illegal beverage. He is Co-founder of Quiet Ink Entertainment with long time friend and finance guru Oskar Kowalski. The company is in its first official year of existence and allready has put together a huge portfolio which boasts holdings in upcoming film, tv, music and clothing projects.
With his first major deal coming with his inclusion as the feature artist for the FUSE Channels new season of Behind The Unsigned which is due to start shooting at the end of the current year. He is also recording new music while rumors have it that he is collaborating on new tracks with artists like Maino and YMCMB newcomer LIL Chukee. All of this will culminate in Sacario’s upcoming release through Quiet Ink of his much anticipated mixtape called Hunger Games due out the same day as the films release of November 22nd.
